Orvis® Pro™ Power Taper Textured Fly Line is designed for loading faster action rods at a half-size heavier than industry standard grain weight. The Power Taper loads a rod deeper and quicker than a traditionally weighted line, allowing for easier turn-over of heavier rigs. The textured line offers increased surface area, allowing the line to sit higher in the water, while providing less drag, less water spray, and easier pick-ups. The line is treated with AST Plus, a patented additive that provides continuous slickness for enhanced shooting ability, improved floatation, and longer casts. Enhanced welded loops make attaching leaders simple and quick, while holding up to repeated use. Pro Power Taper Textured Fly Line features a 3-tone color scheme, including an 8′, olive stealth tip.
