During the ground-up design process, Bell’s engineering team focused on three core tenets: Fit. Breathability. Value. Fit is amply handled by the new Ventilated DH Air padding. The cheek pads are removable for ease of washing. To address breathability, Bell spec’d the helmet with 14 vents to prioritize ventilation, regardless of where the helmet is being ridden. Bell took decades of bike helmet design and race expertise and packed it all into the most affordable full face we’ve ever made. The result is a bold-looking new helmet perfect for the newer park rider, BMX racer on a budget or for young riders learning to go big. Finally, select colors of the Sanction 2 are available in size XXS to fit the smallest shredders out there and features both ASTM Downhill and BMX certifications.
